Prof. Dipak Kr. Jana did Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology, Shibpur and did his post-graduation (M.Sc) in Applied Mathematics with specialization in Operations Research from Vidyasagar University, West Bengal. He has qualified in National Eligibility Test (NET-CSIR) for Junior Research Fellow (JRF) and GATE. He has been teaching Mathematics both at undergraduate and post graduate level. At present he is working as a Principal, Gangarampur College, Gangarampur, Dakshin Dinajpur, 733124, West Bengal, India Dr. Jana is a member of Operational Research Society of India, Indian Science Congress Association, Calcutta Mathematical Society. Dr. Jana has published more than 98 papers in esteemed International Journals like Information Science, Jr. Cleaner Production, Applied Soft Computing, Computers & Industrial Engineering, Jr. of Separation & Purification, IJUFKS, IJCSM, JOS, IJOR, IJAOM, ICJA, OPESARCH, JTRS, etc. To his credit, Dr. Jana has written eight (8) Books like: A Text Book of Engineering Operations Research, GATE MATHEMATICS-Vol-1,-2, Advanced Engineering Mathematics, Advanced Numerical Methods, and Basic Engineering Mathematics. He has also reviewed several Text and Reference books of Mathematics and he is an Editorial Member of five (5) International journals. Five (6) students are pursuing Ph.D under the guidance of Prof. Jana. Prof. Jana is working as Scholar of Tsinghua University, Beijing up to 2023. Dr. Jana has delivered as Invited Talk at Brno International Week 2022, 2023, Brno International Week 2021, Czech Republic and Keynote Speaker at Ai-mast 2019, Ai-mast 2023, Republic of Korea.
Professor GK. Park graduated the Department of Nautical Science, Korea National Maritime University in Busan, and he completed a Dr. of Engineering in Systems Science, Tokyo Institute of Technology, Japan, 1993. He also completed another Ph.D. in International Economics, Chonnam National University, Korea 2010. GK. Park has been working for the Faculty of Maritime Transportation of Mokpo National Maritime University(MMU) as a full Professor. The field of his interest is the maritime information systems and the port transportation systems using Fuzzy theory, Uncertainty theory and A.I. including Port economics and the Maritime history. He worked as a president of the Korean Institute of Intelligent Systems, 2012 and as a president of the Korea Port Economic Association, 2017-2018. He is now working for the International Association of e-Navigation and Ocean Economy as a president. He has published over 200 scientific works in the field of intelligent systems and maritime economics.
Dr. Prabir Panja has been working as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Applied Science& Humanities, Haldia Institute of Technology, Haldia-721657, West Bengal, India. He has completed his Ph.D degree in Mathematical Biology from Vidyasgar University, West Bengal, India in 2017. He has been awarded M.Sc in Applied Mathematics from Vidyasagar University in 2012 with specialization Operations Research. He has completed B.Sc. in Mathematics in the year 2010 from Vidyasagar University. He teaches mathematics such as Operations research, Numerical Analysis, Engineering Mathematics, Discrete Mathematics etc. at the undergraduate as well as post graduate level. His research areas are mathematical modelling of Ecological and Epidemiological problems. Dr. Panja has published more than 40 research papers in different reputed international journals, such as Nonlinear Dynamics, Chaos, Solitons& Fractals, Computational and Applied Mathematics, International Journal of Biomathematics, Theory in Biosciences, International Journal of Nonlinear Sciences and Numerical Simulation etc. He has got two book chapters published in Narosa Publishing House and Mathematical Modeling and Soft Computing in Epidemiology, CRC Press. He is also acting as a reviewer of Applied Mathematics and Computation, Mathematical Biosciences, Nonlinear Dynamics, International Journal of Biomathematics etc. He has organized two international conferences namely International Conference on Information Technology and Applied Mathematics 2019 and International Conference on Engineering Mathematics and Computing 2020.
Petr Dostál is a professor of economics and management. He teaches at Brno University of Technology, Czech Republic. His field of interest is the use of soft computing and artificial intelligence such as fuzzy logic, artificial neural networks, evolutionary algorithms, and the theory of chaos in business and public services. As an economic and organisation adviser, he has worked in private firms and institutions. He is a member of international institutions, program and organizing committees, scientific and editorial advisory boards. Editor of Soft Computing Journal – Springer, member of Advisory Board of Egyptian Computer Science Journal, member of Berkeley Initiative in Soft Computing, Society of Computational Economics, Association for Computing Machinery. He gives lectures at various universities at home and abroad, such as NTU Nottingham, UK; ASU Cairo, Egypt; DOM Chicago, USA; UCH Chicago, USA; KU Kathmandu, Nepal; AU Ariel, Izrael; NCCU Taipei, Taiwan; HIT Haldia, India; UAS Leiden, Netherlands; SIU Gyor, Hungary. He has published dozens of books and hundreds of articles in international journals.
